What a Bit Torrent is ?
A Bit Torrent, more commonly named Torrent, is a Peer to Peer (P2P) system to share files in a very efficient way.
With this organization, files (for ex: movies or games) are parked on user computers rather than being stocked on servers.
A Torrent is like a treasure map: it is going to inform your computer where it has to get the data to reassemble the file.
How does it work ?
First of all you need a torrent client. Among the most popular we recommend:

Vuze: http://www.vuze.com/Download.html
Once the torrent client is set up on your computer, go on www.absolutorrent.com, find the content you want (movie, series, music, game) and click it.
It will open your torrent client and you will see the selected files downloading.
Any tips ?
The faster you download the better, right?
The global idea is more you upload (share you files), the faster you will download.
So please activate your upnp function in the options (Utorrent: option=>preferences=>connection).
It is going to help the client know that you are a good uploader.
Second: do not hesitate to be generous. For example let it work the night.
